We are performing a scheduled upgrade to our DocumentDB cluster to improve performance and reliability.
Expected Impact: A brief connection interruption may occur during the database failover. Applications with retry logic should reconnect automatically. Some API latency spikes are expected throughout the maintenance window.
What we're doing: Upgrading DocumentDB cluster instances to newer generation hardware (AWS Graviton4) for improved performance and efficiency.
No action is required on your end. We will update this page upon completion.
